Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our team at The Recruitment Co. Based in the Blackpool area, this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including onsite free car parking.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join our growing business and contribute to our commercial success. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and prospects, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing and maintaining existing client relationships.

You will work closely with our commercial team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and eager to make a real impact. If you have a drive to succeed and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience) and benefits such as onsite free car parking. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm or 9 - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building relationships with clients and prospects
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining existing client relationships

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Contribute to the growth and development of our commercial team
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and company goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities
