Contract Showroom Manager
Position Overview
As a Contract Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging showroom environment that showcases our high-quality products to customers. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales wins.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the showroom experience and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage the showroom's visual appeal, including displays and product arrangements.
- Assist with special events and product launches to ensure a successful and engaging experience for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, including answering questions and providing product information.
- Manage the showroom's inventory and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing the showroom's calendar and coordinating with the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of flooring and interior design products and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in showroom management or sales.
- Knowledge of industry language and manufacturer/dealer structure.
- College degree in a related field.
