HR Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our expanding team at Handpicked Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with employee communications, including email and phone correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and analytics to inform HR decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on administration and coordination.
  • CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent qualifications within HR.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of HR systems and databases.
