Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct care consultations and create personalized support plans to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our Care Professionals to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our care services.
  • Support the growth and development of our Care Professionals through training and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Full driving license and means of transport if required.
