We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Manager to join our team at Visiting Angels South Yorkshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Well-being of Our Caregivers
Provide daily support to our caregivers, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to deliver exceptional care.
Identify and Address ChallengesWork closely with our caregivers to identify daily challenges and develop solutions to eliminate obstacles hindering them from delivering optimal care.
Ensure Safe and Effective CareCollaborate with our caregivers to ensure safe and effective care is delivered to all clients under our responsibility.
Operate in Compliance with StandardsEnsure that all caregivers operate in compliance with agreed standards, legislative mandates, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide Guidance and SupportProvide guidance and support to our senior caregivers and caregivers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Cultivate a Culture of ExcellenceCultivate a culture of performance and excellence within our team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Promote and Implement PoliciesPromote and implement our policies and procedures, ensuring that all caregivers understand their roles and responsibilities.
Maintain Current Skills and KnowledgeMaintain current care and management skills, engaging in necessary training and development as needed.
Oversee Supervision and Annual ReviewsOversee supervision and annual reviews for all senior caregivers and caregivers at specified intervals.

Salary range of up to £26,000 (based on experience and expertise).

Supervisory ExperienceSupervisory experience in a relevant capacity.
Valid UK Driving LicenseValid UK driving license.
Access to a VehicleAccess to a vehicle for client visits.
