About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Manager to join our team at Visiting Angels South Yorkshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Well-being of Our Caregivers

Provide daily support to our caregivers, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to deliver exceptional care.

Identify and Address Challenges

Work closely with our caregivers to identify daily challenges and develop solutions to eliminate obstacles hindering them from delivering optimal care.

Ensure Safe and Effective Care

Collaborate with our caregivers to ensure safe and effective care is delivered to all clients under our responsibility.

Operate in Compliance with Standards

Ensure that all caregivers operate in compliance with agreed standards, legislative mandates, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide Guidance and Support

Provide guidance and support to our senior caregivers and caregivers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Cultivate a Culture of Excellence

Cultivate a culture of performance and excellence within our team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Promote and Implement Policies

Promote and implement our policies and procedures, ensuring that all caregivers understand their roles and responsibilities.

Maintain Current Skills and Knowledge

Maintain current care and management skills, engaging in necessary training and development as needed.

Oversee Supervision and Annual Reviews

Oversee supervision and annual reviews for all senior caregivers and caregivers at specified intervals.

  • Legal Right to Work in the UK

Prior Experience in Domiciliary Care

Supervisory Experience

Supervisory experience in a relevant capacity.

Valid UK Driving License

Valid UK driving license.

Access to a Vehicle

Access to a vehicle for client visits.
