Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and overall performance. You will lead a team of sales associates, motivate and develop them to achieve exceptional results, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver LFL growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
- Comply with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team
- Develop, review, and appraise team members based on key performance indicators and performance manage poor performers
- Ensure integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviors and uniform standards of the team
- Control payroll and other store expenditures, ensuring they come within budget
- Train and induct team members to deliver excellent customer service
