Specsavers are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the New Domiciliary Audiology Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community out in the field, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.

This opportunity is a new domiciliary audiology business, the role requires you to build the business from the ground up. You will make an initial investment and receive a guaranteed salary as well as collect profits as dividends once the business is established. Your focus will be on growing the customer base and building a successful team.

**Requirements of the role**
- Qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist or Hearing-Aid Dispenser
- Valid driving license
- Confident self-starter, eager to work out in the field independently seeing customers in their homes
- Drive, passion, and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture
- High quality clinical and retail standards
- Provide a unique blend of leadership, management and clinical prowess
- Resilience and a can-do attitude
- Partnering with a global brand and owning your own community
- Completion of Pathway Assessment during the recruitment process
