Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of each child during their wake night shift. This will involve providing emotional support, engaging in activities, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to communicate effectively with our out-of-hours services and respond to any emergencies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and welfare of each child during the wake night shift
- Provide emotional support and engage in activities with the children
- Maintain accurate records using a computer
- Communicate effectively with our out-of-hours services
- Respond to emergencies and follow the Philomena procedure
- Carry out duties in line with Area Camden group policies and procedures
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding children
- Ability to work as part of a team and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
