Our Job OpportunityWe're seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Wabtec UK Engineering team in Derby. As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll provide administrative support to all product lines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, leveraging your exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to all product lines within Wabtec UK Engineering
- Liaise with product leads, senior management, and external agencies to ensure effective communication
- Administer the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
- Utilise Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
