Our Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Wabtec UK Engineering team in Derby. As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll provide administrative support to all product lines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, leveraging your exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to all product lines within Wabtec UK Engineering
  2. Liaise with product leads, senior management, and external agencies to ensure effective communication
  3. Administer the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
  4. Utilise Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations
  5. Develop strong relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
