Document Management Coordinator

Faithdean Plc is a privately owned building, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor with an established track record. Formed in 1977 and operating from offices in London and Kent, we have an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects across all market sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team in Lordswood, Chatham. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Document Controllers and project teams in maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely information distribution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to contracts.
- Oversee document management for multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of project-related documentation.
- Provide general support for projects, including saving documents, printing, posting information, and producing presentations for meetings.
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Prior knowledge of construction and the roles of the professional team, main contractor, and supply chain is advantageous but not essential.
Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
