Our company, Trial Balance, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in the beautiful location of Carbis Bay. The salary for this role will be approximately £26,500 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-12 months of experience in a fast-paced accounts payable function. They will assume key responsibility for the accounts payable process, including creating new supplier accounts, processing supplier payments, and assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating digital accounting systems daily, reconciling statements, and preparing VAT reports.

We use a Sage-based system, and full training will be provided. Candidates with experience or part/fully AAT qualified are welcome. The working environment is dynamic, and the team works closely together to achieve common goals.
