Child Protection Specialist

Social Work Role: We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our client's team and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. The successful candidate will prioritize child-centered practice, conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting S47 inquiries
- Initial assessments
- Preparing comprehensive court reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Social Work Qualified
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
- Technology and software skills
- Registered with Social Care Wales (or willing to register)
- Team work and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits: The annual salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience. The assignment is for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is expected to last approximately 12 weeks. There is an expectation that the candidate lives locally or within commuting distance as the position is located in Conwy County.
