Child Protection Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risks, developing protection plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating children's needs and developing individualized plans
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications: A Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care Wales are required for this role. Experience working with vulnerable children and families is highly desirable.
