We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to join our team at Eothen Homes Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
