Person Specification

  • Communicates business-sensitive information to others.
  • Able to produce well-written documents and plans with active action-based follow-up.
  • Significant administrative experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems and software programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Data Protection Legislation.
  • Experience of working in a diverse and challenging environment, where priorities change and adjustment to working practices are made.
  • Experience of minute-taking of complex formal meetings, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
