Learning Centre Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our learners and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephone, and email communication
- Perform a range of administrative duties to support the delivery of RFLCA Adult Learning services
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery goals
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Flexible working arrangements (where business needs allow)
- Performance-related pay increase system as part of the appraisal process
- Appreciation Award if successfully nominated: £150 per individual OR £500 shared across your team
- 25 days annual leave (in addition to recognized bank holidays)
- Additional day of paid leave around your birthday
- 3 days additional annual leave after 3 years of service
- An additional day's paid leave on the day that you celebrate a 5-year work anniversary with Realise Futures
