About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our learners and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephone, and email communication
  • Perform a range of administrative duties to support the delivery of RFLCA Adult Learning services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery goals
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
