We are currently seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in a state-of-the-art care home in Lancashire. This 67 bedded service offers the very best personal dementia and respite care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a wealth of knowledge in dementia and elderly care, with a strong focus on managing and leading a team. They will also be responsible for completing supervisions and appraisals, while having a clear understanding of medication management.
