About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Lancashire. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care to older people and adults living with dementia and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to older people and adults living with dementia and their families
* Provide coaching and mentoring to care assistants to develop their skills and knowledge
* Work closely with the care team to ensure that care plans are implemented and reviewed regularly
* Ensure that all care assistants have the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality care
* Work with the care team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may affect the quality of care

Requirements

* NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
* Experience of leading and managing a team
* Ability to work collaboratively with others
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
