We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Homecare Service Worker to join our team. This role involves working with clients who require support with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities in their own homes.
About the Team
Our team provides flexible support services to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Assist clients with mobility issues and use of assistive equipment
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals as needed
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery
