About the Role
Wiltshire Council is seeking a dedicated Social Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our safeguarding services, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities
- To be the primary worker with case responsibility for children in need, children in need of protection, and children looked after.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day interpretation of and implementation of statutory duties and departmental policy and procedures in the provision of services to children and young people.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification in social work or a related field.
- Experience in working with children and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
