About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Agincare. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, providing personal care and support to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Assist with light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for customers, taking into account any dietary requirements.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to customers, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
  • A driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
  • Availability to work a set shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
