We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Chippenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing active support to individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support with personal care and daily routines
  • Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe living environment
  • Monitoring the wellbeing and safety of the individuals we support
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the individuals we support
  • Working collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • A Full UK driving licence
  • Able to work weekend, bank holiday, and sleep-in shifts
  • Subject to a full DBS check
