Job Title: Director of People and Inclusion

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a newly formed team and establish our client's change and consultancy practice, which will be embraced across their organization. Your contributions will be crucial in providing a new capability and driving a high-performing, inclusive culture that puts people at the heart of decision-making and aligns with our ambitious business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of HR strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Support the human factor, lead HR initiatives, develop culture, and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and line management to provide expert guidance on people matters.
  • Lead a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring all plans are aligned and delivered flawlessly.
  • Work closely with the central People & Culture team, department heads, managers, and employees to provide guidance, support, and solutions to HR-related challenges.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership with a minimum 4-year experience in a similar role.
  • Senior HR experience at a People Director level.
  • Evidence of people culture development and transformation projects.
  • Experience managing change and transformation, building culture, and focusing on competencies and behaviors.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
