Recovery Coach Position at Double Impact

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Recovery Coach to join our Boston-based team. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working directly with service users who are struggling with substance use issues, providing them with the tools and support needed to achieve long-term recovery.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recovery plans, conducting regular assessments and reviews, and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a key role in facilitating supportive group sessions, fostering a sense of community among service users.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the addiction field, preferably in a coaching or counseling capacity
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of abstinent-based recovery models and theories
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package: £24,000 per annum
