We are currently recruiting for a Recovery Coach to support service users in accessing the range of services available to them. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their goals, ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to, and carry out assessments to design individually tailored recovery plans.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, have relevant experience working with people in the drugs and alcohol treatment/recovery fields, and demonstrate excellent IT skills. A strong understanding of abstinent based recovery models is also essential, as is a genuine passion for working with people who struggle with substance use problems.

The salary for this position is around £24,000 per year, offering a competitive package for those passionate about supporting others in their recovery journey.
