Teaching Assistant Job DescriptionAbout the Role

This Full Time Teaching Assistant position at Protocol Education Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

As a key member of our team, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities, promoting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to plan and prepare lessons, incorporating fun and interactive approaches to learning.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and improve outcomes.

Salary: £85 per day (approximate annual salary: £18,180)

Requirements:

  • While prior experience in education is beneficial, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a passion for teaching and learning.
  • An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one before starting employment is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
