We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Rapport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in leading front-of-house teams.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our guest services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. You will work closely with our client-facing teams to understand their needs and develop strategies to improve our service offering.
