Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute a business plan focused on key markets, ensuring targets are exceeded.
  • Manage the inbound lead generation funnel to maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Employ data-driven prospecting and opportunity qualification techniques to focus on high-propensity sectors and prioritize opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from quotation preparation to order placement, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Account/Client Success teams to cross-sell, generate referrals, and optimize new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling service-based contracts within the environmental services sector.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • IT literate and familiar with CRM and forecast systems, as well as back-office systems and tools.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
