About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Manage guest requests and concerns, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Night/Duty Manager to report any issues or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
  • Assist with amenities and services, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, responding to telephone calls and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Hilton Honours program and its benefits, taking every opportunity to enroll new members and promote the program to guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities, services, and special promotions, sharing this information with guests to maximize hotel sales.
  • Complete all Front Office administration tasks with accuracy and on time, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Liaise with other departments and communicate effectively, providing excellent support and assistance when needed.
About You

We are looking for a Night Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences. You will have a can-do attitude, be flexible, and able to respond to different guest requests and situations. A good command of the English language and excellent communication skills are essential.
