Job Opportunity: Night Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at The Langham London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of technical accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming check-in experience, with accurate and efficient rooming and check-out procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain a high level of service quality and standards.
  • Manage guest complaints and issues in accordance with hotel procedure, escalating to the Night Manager as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using the Opera PMS system to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, with a focus on maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of the Opera PMS system is an advantage.
