About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at Brown's Hotel. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out, handling requests and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage cash handling and answer telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform night audit functions to ensure maximum guest comfort and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and other Night team members to achieve exceptional service standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
