About the Role
We are seeking a talented Account Director to join our team at Talent84. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client relationships as the primary contact for clients design and digital needs.
- Communicate effectively to manage client expectations, address requests, and resolve issues.
- Partner with creative, design, and digital teams to plan and deliver projects aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure timely, high-quality completion of all project deliverables.
- Track project progress, addressing risks and resolving challenges proactively.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and reviews.
- Provide clients and management with regular project updates and reports.
- Oversee budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, collaborating with finance and account teams.
Salary and Benefits
