Job Summary

The HR Advisor will report directly to the HR Manager and play a key role in supporting the organization's HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and monitor HR metrics and KPIs, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide proactive advice to management on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, market trends, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.

Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible approach to work, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement, and your office will be your contractual place of work.
