**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and review processes.
* Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a care setting, preferably with older adults.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
