We're currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our care home team. As an Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring we deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, and engaging with residents.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong multi-tasking abilities, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. You'll also need to be a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families. We offer training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.

Job Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Handling files and documents
  • Supporting our managers with administrative tasks
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Engaging with residents and their families

We're looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure, has good communication skills, and is able to build relationships with our residents and their families. If you have these skills and qualities, we'd love to hear from you.

Person Specification: Qualifications
  • No specific qualifications are required, but you should have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. A people-focused approach and a genuine interest in caring for residents are also essential.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, pension scheme, and life assurance.
