Care Assistant for Adults with Special Needs

Salary:£13.45 per hour
Job Description
Create and implement individualized care plans, manage medication, and facilitate group activities as a supportive team member. Experience working with adults is required, as well as a strong understanding of special needs and a compassionate approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience working with adults with special needs, a patient attitude, and ability to create personalized care plans are essential qualifications for this role.
