Care and Support Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to their well-being and happiness.
About the Role
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will work closely with our residents and colleagues to provide high-quality care and support services. Your key responsibilities will include providing care and support to residents, maintaining accurate records of resident information and care plans, and working closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a UK health and social care role, preferably working with older adults.
- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position starts at £13.20 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.50 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training opportunities, life insurance, and a company pension.
