Job Summary:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our ice rink facility, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. As Ambassador of Ice Safety and Team Support, you will be responsible for supervising our Learn to Skate program, maintaining the skate hire area, and supporting the Ice Technician in maintaining the ice rink between sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with the Ice Technician to prepare and maintain the ice rink for each session.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the facility.
