Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Governance Executive to join our team at Bruin. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate governance requirements are met, including preparing and holding board and committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute board and committee meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with directors, executive officers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
