Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Central Compliance team.
  • Oversee surveillance, private side advisory, and control room operations.
  • Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and processes.
  • Ensure all operations are in line with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of changes in regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to relevant staff.

The Successful Applicant

Director of Corporate Governance should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Technical experience in surveillance and private side advisory is a must.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
