About the Role

Bruin is seeking an Executive Assistant Corporate Governance to support its successful legal function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation of agendas, documents and meeting materials, as well as maintaining accurate records of corporate activities. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and other senior stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of board and committee meetings.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Asset Manager and contribute to the success of our EMEA subsidiaries. We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
