About the Job

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Residential Care Manager to join our team in Tamworth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver high-quality person-centred care
