We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland Careers. As a senior member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation, leading a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, and developing and implementing new menu ideas.

About the Role:

  • Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
  • Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
