We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland, working within a prestigious football club. In this role, you will take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards and are prepared in a timely manner. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

We require an experienced professional with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a similar setting. A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to high culinary standards, with a strong attention to detail and work ethic. We offer a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum), along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, and holiday purchase scheme.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook high-quality meals under the guidance of senior chefs, focusing on nutrition and taste
