Namco UK are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader with Chef experience.

Within this role you must have experience of working in a kitchen environment delivering great service in a fun and positive environment. As a Team Leader you will lead by example, making sure your team delivers a high standard of service and food. We're looking for someone with drive and ambition to support out established Bar & Grill.

As Kitchen Team Leader you will work in accordance with the Kitchen Supervisor, Grill Chefs and kitchen staff including, but not exhausted;

  • Supporting the Kitchen Supervisor and Chef's
  • Grill experience
  • Day to day running of the kitchen
  • Kitchen responsibilities as well as shift running
  • General deep cleaning of the kitchen
  • Pot washing
  • Accepting and putting away deliveries
  • Stock rotation
  • Prep
  • Conforming at all times with Health & Hygiene Regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
