We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Fox Inn. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food knowledge and skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team
- Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill
- Ensure up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
- Contribute to the development of the brigade
