Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Project Manager

Job Type: Permanent/Hybrid

Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits

About the Role:

We are working with a progressive Property consultancy business in London to hire an HR Project Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partner (HRBP) community to drive business outcomes
  • Facilitate projects to improve HR processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain data-driven insights to inform HR decisions
  • Provide operational support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR project management, with a focus on data analysis and critical thinking
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, including report building and trend analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Low ego and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
