Front Desk Coordinator

At our NHS organisation, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional reception and administrative services.
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for welcoming visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will be the first point of contact for our organisation, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors with appointments as they arrive at the reception area.
- Answering telephone calls, using agreed protocols and standards in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Ensuring only authorised personnel enter the building.
- Proactively providing general administration services and undertaking clerical duties in a professional, timely manner.
- Maintaining manual/computerised records to a high standard.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of working in a reception or administrative role. A qualification in Customer Service NVQ or equivalent is desirable.
A competitive salary of £23,615 per annum (Band 2) Pro Rata is on offer, along with generous annual leave entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
