Retail and Commercial Development Manager

The National Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating trading terms and pricing, and collaborating with senior commercial teams and buyers to drive growth within brands and categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with top-tier High Street retailers.
- Collaborate with Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP's and cost increases.
- Lead on exciting NPD projects and work collaboratively with Brand and Marketing on successful promotions and activations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in National Accounts within FMCG, ideally non-food FMCG.
- Experience or interest within the toy/product industry.
- Proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
